1. Processing & Production Time

All of our items are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for us to handcraft your items before they are dispatched for delivery or shipping. We appreciate your patience while we ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

2. Local Delivery

We are proud to offer local delivery to our neighbors!

  • Availability: Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within our service area.

  • Timeline: Once your order is handcrafted and ready, we will deliver it at our earliest availability.

  • Coordination: We will contact you via text or email (using the information provided at checkout) to coordinate a delivery window that works for your schedule.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders outside of our local delivery area, we ship via standard carriers.

  • Transit Times: Shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 2–7 business days once the item has left our shop.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

4. Shipping Insurance (Shipsurance)

We want you to shop with confidence. Every shipped order is covered by Shipsurance. * If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately at support@burrowandbones.com.

  • The Claim Process: We will file a claim on your behalf. You may be asked by the insurer to verify the claim and provide photos of the damaged item/packaging.

  • Resolution: Once the claim is approved, you may choose to receive a full refund or have us recreate and reship the item to you at no extra cost.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery or shipping address at checkout. Burrow And Bones is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
