Welcome to Burrow And Bones! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Black Dragon Comics DBA Burrow and Bones. This store and website—including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services—is operated by Black Dragon Comics DBA Burrow and Bones in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Burrow And Bones is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for providing correct, current, and complete information, including billing and shipping details, and for maintaining the security of your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (CUSTOM & HANDMADE) We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, because many of our items are handcrafted from natural materials, slight variations in wood grain, texture, and appearance are to be expected and are not considered defects. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PRODUCTION TIME Because most of our items are custom or personalized, please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be handcrafted before it is ready for delivery or shipment. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has begun.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY, AND INSURANCE

  • Production Lead Time: Orders require 1–5 days for creation prior to fulfillment.

  • Local Delivery: If selected, we will deliver items at our earliest availability. We will contact you via the information provided at checkout to coordinate a delivery window.

  • Risk of Loss & Shipsurance: All shipped orders are covered by Shipsurance. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us at support@burrowandbones.com immediately. You agree to cooperate with the insurer’s verification process. Upon claim approval, you may choose between a full refund or a recreation/reshipment of the item.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, branding, and designs are owned by Burrow And Bones. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Burrow And Bones is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that any sales are made directly with Burrow And Bones, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions or products.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOM CONTENT AND FEEDBACK For personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of any text or names provided. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer. Any feedback or reviews submitted may be used by us for commercial purposes.

SECTION 9 - REFUND POLICY INCORPORATION Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, which states that all sales of custom and personalized items are final.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
